Located in Mezzolombardo, in the region of Trentino, Redondèl is a small family estate of three hectares located 250 meters above the sea. The vineyard is divided into seven plots, all included in the plain of Rotaliana and of which the vines, all certified organic, are 25 to 80 years old.
For several generations, the Zanini family has been producing wines with Teroldego, a noble grape from this region of northern Italy. Under the charge of Paolo Zanini, current winemaker owner and his wife Mara, Redondèl operates the vineyard respectful of nature, accepting its pace and its limits. The harvests are all done manually to insure that the most beautiful and healthy grapes are chosen.
In the cellar, the only alchemy is the one that the energy of the sky and the earth produces, as such there is only minimal intervention during the vinification process. The wines of Redondèl are a perfect reflection of the work done in the vineyard; pure, fresh and complex red wines typical of Teroldego.
