Red Ruby

The nose talks about cocoa, tar, balsam, cigar box, tobacco, wild black pepper from Madagascar (finer than the classic black pepper), juniper, paprika, licorice, violet, dar blood orange, cassis, cherry, raspberry, blueberry, plum and clove; between red meat and small game birds. The mouth is reminiscent of the nose.
