Georges Millérioux et fils is managed by Jean-Claude, however since 2008, his son Nicolas has returned to the family estate and is gradually taking over his father's work with a new approach. He is the third generation to tend to the estate but is the first to develop wine sales internationally.

The estate is located in the village of Amigny, 2 kilometers from the famous village of Sancerre. It exploits 17 hectares of vines, planted on different terraced soils. In technical terms, there are about 10 hectares of Buzançais limestone on lower Kimmeridgian, 6.7 hectares of bedded limestone superiors on Upper Oxfordian and a tiny parcel of 0.3 hectares of flint clay on upper Cretaceous.

Overall, the subsoil is composed of limestone slabs called “Cailottes”. They are superimposed in layers and force the roots of the vine to furrow a path. This brings complexity and powerful aromas to the wines. This land is called "brown earth with white pebbles"", since pieces of these limestone slabs are found on the surface mixed with the earth. The surface of some plots is more clay, they are called pottery plots. At certain times of the year, the earth sticks to the boots so much so that “one says that the earth is in love”. 90% Sauvignon Blanc is grown there, and the rest of the vines are Pinot Noir.
